Here are some of our commonly asked questions.

How long do I have access to a course?

You have access to a purchased course for 3 months after purchase, or up to when you complete it, whichever comes first.

If you are running out of time and require an extension, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Who is the Accreditation body?

Open College Network (OCN) accredit all of our courses. You can gain 1 accreditation for (up to) every 4 courses. For example, if you buy 1-4 courses, you gain 1 certification, if you bought 5-8 courses, you would get 2 certifications.

We automatically notify OCN when you purchase a course online, and we automatically let them know when you have completed the required courses to gain certification.

Can I start a course now and finish it later?

Yes! your progress is saved as you go, so simply leave and come back later to pick up where you left off.

Are there any other costs involved?

For the online training, we include the OCN registration fee in the cost, so you don't have anything extra to pay. If you require further support, such as webinars, or face to face training, there would be additional fees associated with this. Please contact us for more information regarding this.

How do I pay?

Payments are taken securely via the payment gateway Stripe. We do not hold any card information on our site.

Can I get a refund on my courses?
